I was born and raised in the Sierra Foothills of California so these National Parks were like my childhood playground.I have a degree in Environmental Studies and have been a professional guide for over four years, in every season and for every age group and ability level.I am versed in Sierra Nevada natural history; from the geologic processes that raised these mountains to the human histories of those who walked these trails before us to the fascinating plants and animals and modern science that we are still learning about today.
