I have a history of award-winning customer service at multiple organizations.My success comes from active listening to clients and "putting myself in their shoes" to understand their spoken and unspoken desires.I strive to consistently exceed expectations.For years I have led tours at multiple locations, including the Guthrie Theater and the Basilica of Saint Mary in Minneapolis, as well as downtown Saint Paul. The Guthrie is known internationally for housing three acting spaces in what Time Magazine has called a "21st Century dream factory." The Basilica is a landmark example Beaux-Arts architecture and is listed on the United State's Register of Historic Places.
