About me

When I was 6 years old, my parents gave me a fly rod and it had a profound effect on the rest of my life. After graduating from college I owned and operated a fly fishing shop for 28 years. Taking people fly fishing and teaching them about the sport is my passion. I have been a licensed guide in the Reno - Lake Tahoe area for more than 30 years and enjoy sharing the beauty of the Sierra Nevada Mountains with my clients. Whether we are wading a small stream or floating a larger river, having fun, catching a few fish and learning a thing are two are always my goals. Kids are welcome anytime!!!!
