Hi, I'm Naphat, a licensed tour guide in Bangkok and around Thailand.I've always loved traveling all over Thailand! I've always loved seeing new places and cultures since backpacking in Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, and Myanmar after school.I started meditation for mindfulness in 2001 while traveling through Myanmar.At the time it blew my mind especially when I mixed the insights of Buddhism philosophy and practices through my travels as a life experience of seeing and understanding from a different perspective of Eastern and Western eye views which I would like to share with you who are interested in the same [sensitive content]w, I am a tour guide and meditation teacher.With my 22 years of meditator experience and graduating from Monk University, plus becoming a Buddhist Nun to study and practice what the Buddha's taught.I always try to merge insights from Buddhist philosophy into my tours to see how we apply them to the way of life living here.And I hope to help struggling amateurs, better their skills to get the rewards of [sensitive content]lieve me, it's easier than your think.You just have to know the trick, hints, and techniques to combine them in your daily life.
