About me
Allow me to introduce myself.Besides my work, I have completed higher education studies at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Maribor - direction of foreign trade.I have experience working primarily in tourism since my former education is as a tourist technician.For quite some time I worked as a guide to castles, where I lead groups and individuals through castle collections in English and German.Then I started working in a travel agency, first as a sales clerk and then as head of the agency.In this work, the most important is communication with customers, giving advice.My work included the issue of invoices, resolve customer complaints, advertising, preparation of catalogs for publishing, creating programs and calculations for trips, etc.I got sales skills, well I can identify with customer needs and realize that it is important to establish long-term cooperation with our customers.I am a communicative, orderly, accurate, reliable, initiative person who is willing to learn and accept new knowledge.I like to work with people, which presents a big challenge for me.Fluent in English and Croatian language (spoken and written), next to that as well as German and Italian (basic spoken and written).
