I am a qualified tourist guide and have been working in the travel industry for more than 24 years, both in Romania and abroad. I traveled with small to big -sized groups, families and photographers and I love to combine rural life with historic places, nature, and modernism. I definitely recommend home-cooked traditional meals with local families and I know some really great places for that. I am knowledgeable of the history and can present tourist places in an engaging way and skip irrelevant details which might get you bored. I like to have conversations about social life, heritage, gypsy, communist, current reality, economy and even politics which I prefer to "escape".
