4-Day Machu Picchu and Sacred Valley Tour from Cusco

• Arrival, reception, and transfer to the hotel of your choice. At 1:40 p.m., we will meet in the main square of Cusco; from here, we will go to the Convent of Santo Domingo, built over the famous Temple of the Qoricancha.
• Then we will head to the outskirts of the city to appreciate the surrounding archaeological remains, such as Qenqo, Puca Pucara, Tambomachay and Sacsayhuamán.
• Return to the hotel.

• Begin your guided tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. You will visit the majestic ruins of Pisaq, located on top of a mountain in the valley, and then descend to the town of Pisaq, where we will find a colourful craft market.
• Continue the tour along the valley through different typical villages to reach the province of Urubamba, where you will enjoy a buffet lunch.
• In the afternoon, we will visit the ancient and enigmatic Ollantaytambo Fortress, located very close to a typical Inca village and on one of the slopes of an imposing mountain.

Overnight stay in Ollantaytambo to take the train to Machu Picchu, where we will spend the night.

• Pick up from your hotel two hours before your train departure time (according to train availability). We will head to Ollantaytambo or Poroy Station, where we will take the train to the Inca city of Machu Picchu. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes.
• Upon arrival at Machu Picchu town station, our staff will be waiting for you to give you the necessary indications to start the visit to the Archaeological Park of Machu Picchu according to your scheduled entry to the Inca Citadel. One hour before your entrance to Machu Picchu, we will take the Consettur bus, which will take us for approximately 45 minutes along the Hiram Bingham road to the control gate of the Citadel, where our guide will be waiting for you at the indicated time to begin this fabulous experience. You will be accompanied by our guide for approximately 2 and a half hours, during which everything about the Inca City of Machu Picchu will be explained.
• After finishing our guided tour, we will have an hour to rest and then leave through the control gate to take the Consettur bus back to Machu Picchu town. Once in the village, enjoy the beautiful small town decorated with statues of the 13 Incas and stone carvings, and enjoy a delicious lunch in one of the different restaurants in town.
• Please approach the train station of Machu Picchu Pueblo 30 minutes before departure to take the train back to Ollantaytambo, where our staff will be waiting to transfer you to the city of Cusco (San Francisco Square).

From here, you can take transport to the hotel (not included).

• Transfer from the hotel to the airport to board your domestic or international flight.
