My personal journey has been one of deep transformation.After facing a life crisis that led me into depression, I found healing through nature and the Wim Hof Method.That path of resilience, rebirth, and self-discovery inspired my book What Didn’t Kill Me (2025), where I share my story of personal growth, spiritual awakening, and redemption.
