Pick up from the international airport and check-in at your hotel.

Day 2- Khogno Khan National Park expand_more
Pick up from your hotel at 09:00 am to drive to Khogno Khan National Park, a picturesque area of rocky mountains, semi-desert, Gobi dunes, and steppes. This place is ideal for hiking, wildlife observation, and photography.
After lunch, take a short drive to Uvgun Monastery in the national park.
In the afternoon, visit a local nomadic family and meet nomads, explore their nomadic lifestyle.

Day 3- Elsen Tasarkhai Sand Dunes - Karkorum, Erdene Zuu Monastery - Ugii Lake expand_more
After breakfast, take a short drive to Elsen Tasarkhai's magnificent dunes – surrounded by hills with willow trees, streams, and bushes. This dune is 80 km long, and the widest part of the dune is 10 km.
Continue driving to the Karakorum and Erdenezuu Monastery.
After lunch, visit the Karakorum and Erdenezuu Monastery museum and the symbolic ruins of the ancient city of the Mongol Empire, which was the largest contiguous empire in world history.
Head to the magnificent and the oldest Buddhist Monastery complex of Erdenezuu built in the 16th century, with 108 stupas. Here you can listen to monks chanting Buddhist sutras.
After exploring the monastery, drive to Ogii Lake – 1337 m from above sea level and it is a pure water steppe lake, which is 7.9 km long and 5 km wide.

Day 4- Ogii Lake - Khustai National Park - Ulan Bator expand_more
Drive back to Ulan Bator.
On the way, visit Khustai National Park, home to the Mongolian wild horse known as Perzevalski horse (takhi).
After lunch at Khustai Resort, visit the small Ger museum about the wild horse Takhi and take a short drive to look for the endangered wild horses. You might also see fox, deer, roe deer, eagle, gazelle, and more animals and birds.
Take 2 hours drive to Ulan Bator and arrive at the hotel around 4 pm.
Visit National Dance Ensemble Theater to see a Mongolian cultural performance, one of the most beautiful, non-touristic things to do in Ulan Bator.

This city was founded by Great king Genghis Khan in the 13th century. It was later moved to Khanbalig (modern Beijing period of Yuan empire) by Khubilai Khan, the greatest of the successors of Genghis Khan and founder of the Mongol dynasty in China.
