Trip to the Ouzoud Waterfalls from Marrakech
- Take a guided full-day trip to the waterfalls of Ouzoud, one of the natural wonders of Morocco. From Marrakech, we reach the waterfalls of Ouzoud after 150 km of a road that takes many paths through magnificent landscapes dominated by the red of the earth, the dark green of the thuyas and the pale grey-green of the olive trees. While in Ouzoud, it is also possible to take a boat trip to the falls. The most famous waterfalls in Morocco are well worth the trip. About 110 meters high, its water bounces on several levels and projects fine droplets into the air. The waterfalls are almost always highlighted by a beautiful rainbow.
- On the site of Ouzoud waterfalls, you will find many small restaurants that serve traditional Moroccan cuisine. Or, at the foot of the falls, you can sip a mint tea while watching the carousel of monkeys and admiring the rainbow over the waterfalls.
- You can also cross the river by the wooden bridge or, with some dirhams, one of the small boats, a little kitsch and baptized with humour "Le France", "Le Phocéa" or "Le Titanic" will take you to the most near the falls. The cascades of Ouzoud have all the charm to spend a lovely day. No wonder, Ouzoud means in Berber "Sweet".
