Meet your tour guide at a pre-decided location at 9:30 AM.
Begin your tour through the old Medina of Fez as you stroll through its narrow streets. Admire markets lined with fresh fruit, mounds of spices and intricately woven Berber carpets.
Admire the Quaraouyine Mosque, founded in 859 by Fatima el Fihri, now functioning as an Islamic university. Then, visit the nearby Andalusian Mosque.
Marvel at the Nejjarine Fountain, covered in distinct zellij tilework. The fountain was once used for the ritual purification known as wudu or the washing of hands, feet, mouth, face, nose, head, and ears with intention.
Explore the 19th century Batha Palace that was converted into a museum of historical arts and crafts in 1915 with a collection that now comprises over 6,500 objects.
Visit the Chouwara Tanneries to see how leather is processed and dyed. Also, make your way to Souk Attarine, one of the liveliest markets in the city, before seeing the magnificent Bab Boujloud gate.
After lunch, walk by the city's ramparts, seeing the Jewish quarter Mellah and the 17th century Ibn Danan synagogue.
Conclude your visit in Borj with a stunning panoramic view of Old Medina at sunset.
