I am a native of Killarney and was lucky enough to have been born opposite ‘the Golden Gates’ entrance to Killarney National Park.After finishing school in Killarney I went to Paris as I loved languages and exploring different cultures, I went for 3 months and returned 12 years later! I studied French language and civilisation at the Sorbonne and later did a tour guide course there and also did a similar course in Dublin so I spent over 20 years as a national guide showing visitors around Ireland and in the Winters did some city guiding in Paris.

I took time out and just recently returned to guiding at a local level here in Killarney.I do it because I have a passion for my native town and love sharing my knowledge with visitors to the area.Come and join me on a tour and let me show you some magical places off the beaten track!
