Itinerary

1. Day 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

   • We’ll pick you up from the airport, your residence or Nairobi hotel at 7:30 AM and head over the Masai plains, stopping for a scenic break to view the Great Rift Valley escarpment. After arriving at the reserve, you will have time for an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the tented camp.

2. Day 2: Masai Mara National Reserve

   • For the next two days, get ready to explore the rich terrain and animal life of the Mara. You’ll enjoy unlimited game drives through rolling grassland and signature, flat-topped acacia trees. Along with the vast herds roaming the savannah, you’ll visit the Mara River to view hippos and crocodiles. During the season (July through October), expect to witness the wildebeests and zebras of the Great Migration streaming over the river in great numbers. But your days spent at the Mara are also shaped by your own wishes. You can take breaks, spending time as you please, relaxing at your lodge or camp. Your driver/guide is only too happy to help plan the details of your stay. As an extra bonus, you can join several optional activities that we offer: We can arrange a visit to a Maasai village to meet the local villagers, see their lifestyle and learn about their culture. This is an exciting way to meet the indigenous people of the area. Dinner and overnight stay at the tented camp.

3. Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve

   • Continue the adventures in Maasai Mara, from Day 2.

4. Day 4: Masai Mara National Reserve - Nairobi

   • After breakfast, have a morning game drive in the early morning, before heading back to Nairobi with a lunch stop along the way. Arrive Nairobi at 1500 hrs and get dropped off at your Nairobi hotel or airport.
