• 05:30 AM: Gather at a fixed point (the Opera House).

• 06:00 AM: Departure from Hanoi to Ba Be National Park. You will take a drive of approximately 150 miles (230 kilometres). You will also enjoy landscapes of valleys, winding roads along mountains with stilt houses around.

• 12:00 PM: Eat lunch in a local restaurant in Cho Ra town.

• 13:30 PM: Arrive in Ba Be Lake with the Vietnamese guide.

• 14:00 PM: Enjoy the beauty of Ba Be National Park with a boat ride along the Nang River, the caves of Puong Grotto, the rapids of the Dau Dang waterfall and tiny Widow Island.

• 18:00 PM: Walk (on path surround the Lake) to your homestay in Pac Ngoi village belong to Tay community.

• 19:00 PM: Relish dinner with a local host with home-cooked local specialities.

Optional choice: Enjoy traditional Tay music performance (fee is your own or you can share the show with other tourists).

21:00 PM: Spend overnight at homestay of Tay people’ traditional house.

• 07:00 AM: Do biking to experience the Ba Be forest at close quarters after breakfast at the Homestay. You will 

• Cycle by the slow-flowing river, gaze in awe at the dramatic mountains, valleys, and natural caves and enjoy a little bird and butterfly spotting with romantic rice fields around. The National Park is home to countless numbers of flora and fauna.

• Pay a visit to Hua Ma cave, only recently accessible, as few locals would enter due to ancient beliefs. The cave has thousands of stalactites and stalagmites and is still very atmospheric. 

• Kayak for an hour in Ba Be Lake after visiting Hua Ma cave. Then you will come back to home-stay, have lunch and take a rest.

• 13:30 PM: Depart back to Hanoi.

• 19:30 PM: Arrive in Hanoi.
