One day trip to Saadan National Park
Depart from Dar es Salaam to Saadani in the early morning in order to have a perfect game drive in Saadani National Park having a chance to see some of the wild animals along the road not forgetting population elephants, giraffe, buffalo, warthog, common waterbuck, reedbuck, greater kudu, hartebeest, wildebeest, sable antelope, vervet monkey and many more.
Have lunch at Tanapa Cottages while enjoying the Indian Ocean breeze.
After lunch, go for a boat safari on the mangrove-lined Wami river which comes along with a high chance of sighting hippos, crocodiles and a selection of marine and riverine birds, including the mangrove kingfisher and lesser flamingo with the beaches form one of the last major green turtle breeding sites on the mainland.
