The steps to making tea have been perfected over centuries. Also known as "kung-fu tea," this tea ceremony is less "ceremonial" like the Japanese, but more focused on the preparation of each tea in order to coax out the maximum potential of the tea's aroma and flavour. Taiwan produces one of the best tea in the world, Oolong.
