Itinerary

1. Murchison Falls National Park

   Day 1 :
   

   After an early breakfast, you will be driven to Murchison Falls National Park via the towns of Malinda and Masindi.Eat lunch in Masindi before entering the park at the Kichumbanyobo gate.You will stop at the top of the falls and admire the spot from which the park gets its name.Here, the Nile squeezes itself through a 7-meter gorge before tumbling 40 meters into a peaceful river below.Your dinner and overnight will be at the lodge.

2. Murchison Falls National Park

   Day 2 :
   

   Enjoy breakfast before going on a game drive in the park’s northern area in search of some of the "Big Five" (buffaloes, lions, elephants and possibly leopards).Other animals you might see include Rothschild's giraffes, bushbucks, warthogs, waterbucks and a variety of antelope.
   At lunchtime, you will return to the lodge and then go on a thrilling launch cruise down the Nile in the afternoon.Sail close to the bottom of the falls and take in the various birds, numerous hippos and giant crocodiles on the banks.If you are lucky, you may see the rare shoe-billed stork and various other bird species within this area.Your dinner and overnight will be at the lodge.

3. Transfer to jinja

   Day 3 :
   

   After breakfast, you will set off for Jinja Town to visit the source of the mighty Nile, Africa’s longest river.You will arrive in the early evening and relax at your lodge until dinner time.Alternatively, you can take a short walking tour of Jinja before your overnight stay at the Paradise Hotel Jinja.

4. Jinja to Kampala

   Day 4 :
   

   Begin your day with breakfast, followed by a short drive through the historic town.Next, embark on a boat tour to explore the source of the River Nile.The remainder of your day will be spent either rafting and riding quad bikes or bungee jumping and quad biking or tubing the Nile, depending on your flight itinerary.Afterwards, you'll return to your hotel in Kampala or head to the airport for your journey home.
