The itinerary

Day 01

Arrival in Arusha

You will be picked up from the airport by our representative and transferred to your accommodation in Arusha, where you will overnight, relax, and prepare for the adventures to come.
Arusha Tourist Inn is an oasis of calm and aesthetic pleasure.

Day 02

Tarangire National Park Safari

In the morning, our personal safari guide will collect you from your lodgings in Arusha.
We set out for Tarangire National Park across gently rolling Masai plains dotted with scattered acacia trees.
As we drive along, we pass many Masai in their colorful dress walking by the roadside, riding bicycles, herding cattle, and driving donkey carts. Tarangire National Park, well known for its large elephant herds, is also home to a multitude of other creatures in Northern Tanzania.
From the open roof of our safari jeep, we experience the seasonal swamps, savanna, and life-giving Tarangire River, hoping to encounter a wide variety of wildlife, from zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, elephant, and giraffe, to many more species. It is possible that we will glimpse lions stalking prey or leopards relaxing in the trees above.
After our extensive game drive, we depart for one of our luxury partner lodges for dinner in a tasteful restaurant and a most capacious room to harbor our ease and dreams of wild cats. Accommodation: Luxury tented camp located outside Tarangire.

Day 03

Journey to Serengeti National Park

Today, the safari to Serengeti will start early in the morning soon after breakfast.
After breakfast, leaving Fig Tree Lodge, you will drive to Serengeti National Park, a 4-5.5-hour journey (238 km) to Naabi Gate, Serengeti's gate.
After arriving, you will have your picnic lunch at Naabi Picnic Site, then enter the park directly for an afternoon and evening game drive.
The park is famous for the Great Wildebeest Migration, the Big 5 (lions, rhino, elephant, buffalo, and leopards), hippopotamus, Thomson's gazelle, Kory bustards, and kopjes, and you will enjoy a luxury safari in Northern Tanzania. Accommodation: Luxury lodge inside Serengeti.

Day 04

Sunrise and Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti

Today, the game drive will start at sunrise.
After a simple breakfast of coffee and snacks, the morning game drive will begin around 06:00 am. At this time, the Serengeti plains are more active and it is a great time to spot many animals and birds. Animals and birds are awakening, predators hunt prey, and herbivores feed on grasses, making this a wonderful time to observe real adventure such as animal hunting and to take the best pictures for lasting memories of your luxury safari in Northern Tanzania.
After the morning game drive, you will drive back to the lodge, or picnic site, for a full breakfast, then proceed with an afternoon game drive, including lunch, until evening. Accommodation: Luxury lodge at the crater rim of Ngorongoro.

Day 05

Ngorongoro Crater Wildlife Experience

Today, you will be rewarded with a full-day game drive in the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, which became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979 and is one of the only places on earth where mankind and wild animals coexist in harmony.
The crater is famous for Africa's best game viewing, as there is an ever-present abundance of wildlife due to the permanent water supply on the crater floor.
You will descend 610 meters into the crater, where your safari truly begins.
Spot the endangered black rhino, wildebeest, buffalo, zebra, eland, Grant's and Thomson's gazelle, and giant tusked elephants, plus lions, leopards, cheetahs, as well as scavengers such as spotted hyenas, jackals, and wild dogs.
Over 500 species of birds have been recorded within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, adding even more richness to your luxury safari in Northern Tanzania. In the late afternoon, you will drive to the lodge located high on an escarpment with breathtaking views over Lake Manyara National Park. Accommodation: Luxury lodge outside Ngorongoro Area.

Day 06

Lake Manyara National Park Game Drive

Today, you will visit Lake Manyara National Park for a full-day game drive.
Stretching along the base of the Rift Valley escarpment, it is home to giant fig trees, acacia woodlands, mahogany trees, and grassy flood plains.
The contrasts of this area are simply breathtaking, with its open plains, huge escarpment, soda lake, dense woodlands, and distant volcanic peaks coming together in an area best described by Ernest Hemingway as "the loveliest I had seen in Africa".
Animals such as buffalo, wildebeest, giraffes, mongoose, dik-dik, and zebra herds congregate on the grassy plains, while the acacia woodland is home to the legendary tree-climbing lions and tusked elephants. In the late afternoon, you will return to Arusha for your final evening.
