🍖 Morning Class — Posta Cartagenera

Cook Posta Cartagenera, one of Cartagena’s signature dishes, following traditional methods and chef guidance.You’ll prepare the main dish and classic accompaniments, then enjoy the meal together.
Menu includes:
- Mote de Queso – a creamy yam and cheese soup
- Posta Negra Cartagenera – slow-cooked beef in rich, spiced sauce, with coconut rice, plantains in temptation sauce, and avocado ají
- Dessert: Tree tomato in syrup
🐟 Afternoon Class — Caribbean Fish (Red Snapper)
5:00 pm (on scheduled dates)
In the afternoon session, you’ll cook a Caribbean fish (Pargo) menu, focused on coastal flavors and local techniques, ending with a shared meal.
Menu includes:
- Carimañolas Trio – stuffed yuca fritters with crab, cheese, and beef
- Encocado de Pargo Rojo – red snapper in coconut sauce, with coconut rice and patacones
- Dessert: Enyucado (cassava-coconut cake)
🛒 Bazurto Market + Cooking

On specific dates, you can book the Bazurto Market + Cooking format: start with a guided visit to Bazurto Market to understand local ingredients and food culture, then continue with a hands-on cooking session.
