The class begins with a warm welcome and an introduction to the secrets of pasta making.In the first hour, you’ll roll up your sleeves and get to work, guided by our expert chefs, who will walk you through the steps of preparing the perfect fettuccine dough.From mixing to kneading, and finally to cutting your pasta, every step is a labor of love and tradition.

Once your fresh fettuccine is ready, the fun continues as the kitchen prepares your dish with one of four classic Italian sauces: Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, Pasta all Pesto, or Pasta all Pomodoro.Each sauce is a delicious celebration of Roman and Italian flavors, crafted with the finest local ingredients.
