Ticket Conditions

- This service is valid only on the date of the flight as stated. 

- This service is free of charge for those under 2 years old.

- During the booking process, please provide us flight details and the names of each passenger.

- The price for this service excludes the visa fee of 2,000 THB.

Additional Informations

- For the visa on arrival service, all passengers need to provide a copy of his/her passport. 

- The copy of the passport should be given to us at least 1-3 days before the flight date. 

- Do provide us your phone number in case of emergencies or urgent situations. 

- In case if your luggage is damaged, please let us know if you have any travel insurance. 

- If you have travel insurance, you can reimburse for the damage costs.If you don't have travel insurance, we will help you with every necessity as standard. 

- The fast-track arrival service ends with our staff sending you at your choice of transportation.

Cancellation Policy

- Should your flight be cancelled by the airline, feel free to notify us and provide us the evidence of the cancellation. 

- The cancellation is free of charge if your flight is cancelled only by the airline.

What You Can Expect

- The process will only take 15 minutes, starting from the air-bridge to the limousine.
