What is disgust? How does disgust help protect us from dangers? The exhibit explores the notion of disgust as it relates to food and will take you on an emotional roller coaster with real food items, videos, and photos. See taxidermied guinea pigs, wonder at the Sardinian maggot cheese, Casu Marzu, and taste the fermented shark Hákarl from Iceland.
