With the arrivals option, staff will be waiting for you and your guests with welcoming signage as you exit the plane.From here, you can relax and enjoy all of the amenities of true VIP treatment as you are whisked away to a dedicated fast-track Immigration line for fast entry.A porter will already be arranging the collection of your checked bags.Staff will fast-track you through Customs and escort you and your guests to your airport transportation into the city.Hosts are there to ensure your trip is memorable.
With the departure, complete your check-in at the airline counter then go to the Coral Counter.After meeting the friendly staff, your personal concierge will escort you to the fast-track immigration line and the VIP lounge then assist you with getting settled.Enjoy the many amenities of the departure lounge while you wait for your flight, including television, food and refreshments, Wi-Fi.

Limit of 2 luggages per passenger for porter service.The over number of luggage (size over than 56x36x23 cm) is charged at THB 100 per luggage.
