ADDITIONAL DROP OFF DETAILS **Please provide your contact details, as much as possible, to the operator even after the booking.So after your successful booking the head office will contact you, and you may inform us the exact location you wish to be dropped off, in the area of Plaka and Monastiraki (in front of a hotel, an airbnb apartment, restaurant etc.)**
After from the booking We will sent you with chat - email the voucher that the guests must provide to
the driver so the can join to the transfer.Please have the voucher printed,if not make a screenshot
from your smartphone and provide it to the driver.
a) We can pick up customers from where ever they want inside in the region of Athens,aibnb,hotels,metro stations,bus stations,apartments.We just need after the booking a short communication to agree the pickup point.
b) The pick up point can be Also from the Ath Int Airport.Please provide to us as soon as possible details like Name of the airline , arrival time and number of flight.Please also provide us any other details you need about your pick up.
c) If there is a Strike in The city Center or a special event that effects the transfer may change start time or ITINERARY under the instructions of the operator and the agreement of the customer
d) Please provide as much as possible contact details to the operator even after the booking
e) Please mention to the operator if there are Health restrictions
f) If the the customers wanted the booking to start from Ath Int Airport its going to be an extra cost depending how many people will join the transfer the extra cost will be agreed after from the original booking and will be paid in cash / card during the transfer to the drivers.
The operator will use only taxi-cabs for that transfer each taxi-cab can fit 3-4 persons

If the customers want extra services like ,extra rides - klm,extra stops,waiting time,business flexibility there will be an extra cost and the customer must contact the head office - operator after from the booking.The extra amounts will be payed to the driver in cash/card
The operator will use only taxi-cabs for that transfer each taxi can fit 3- 4 persons
The Operator Can Use Mercedes Benz E200 sedan-station wagon.
For infant seats you must contact to the operator for availability after you proceed to the booking.
If the customers want to book also the Return transfer,they must contact to the operator after from the primary booking.
The waiting time in the meeting point will be 25 minutes,if the customers do not appear then the transfer will be marked as a NON show and you will not be refunded.
Each customer can carry one piece of cabin luggage 8-10 kl & one large luggage up to 28 kl extra luggage will be charged.
Baby trolley is accepted under contact with the operator, be aware if the trolley of the baby affect the whole it will be an extra cost.Bicycles are not accepted,sports equipment is not accepted.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations upto 2 days before the tour -
Refund of 80% of the tour price.
