This is a Private Lesson, a much more teaching intensive oriented for a faster learning curve!

No more than 3 people (if from same group) per instructor.

Located next to praia de Carcavelos e Guincho, we offer excellent conditions for you to learn how to surf.

Our school is just at the beach (right next to Casa da Praia Restaurante), 5 mins walking from Carcavelos Train Station, where we can find some of the best waves around the Portuguese Capital, Lisbon.

SCHEDULE: Since it is a private lesson time can be adjusted to your needs.

STRUCTURE:

This is the typical structure of our 2hours lesson.

Fundamentals:

A good explanation about what is surfing, all the safety rules, condute with other surfers and all about the equipment. 

Arriving at the beach:

Time to dress your wetsuit and start all the warming up exercises.
After distributing the surf boards we are going to teach all the surf technics to paddle, catch a wave and stand-up on a surf board.

A lot of things influencing your performance on a surf board, but balance is probably the most important one, since everything bellow your board will be constantly moving in a non uniform way. That’s where our experience of many years surfing will make a difference.
