   Long ago, before the conquerors arrived in the country of the Muiscas, the inhabitants of the region of Guatavita, east of the savannah of Bogota, worshipped a princess who, on the nights of full moon, out of the bottom of the lagoon and walked over the waters in the thick fog.Take a walk into the mountain surrounded by Andean forest guided by a local expert guide that joins the group to explain the culture of the Muisca Indians, the legend of El Dorado and the biological importance of the area.Enjoy the silence and peace.Be enchanted by the beautiful color of water.

   
   

3. Tour around Guatavita downtown.

   
   

   Get to know the main places in Guatavita, a town full of history that will make you fall in love with its cobbled streets and white houses that takes you to other times.Visit the town of Guatavita and enjoy its architecture and the particular shape of its houses of a single color.You will take this tour by private transport and with the ease of stopping at the places where you want to take photos and see the landscape of the Tominé dam.

5. Salt Mine, Nemocón.

   
   

   Upon arrival in the town of Nemocón experience what it is like to be a real salt miner, walk 60 meters below the surface and discover the history of the Colombian salt industry in the authentic Nemocón salt mine with its impressive brine mirrors and the heart of Colombia.You will visit the tunnels of the salt mine in Nemocon, an educational tour to discover the history of the mines and their impressive brine mirrors.Inside the mine, stalactites and stalagmites from another world are envisioned and complemented by a colorful atmospheric lighting.Look at the heart of Colombia, marvel at the brine mirrors and their stunning optical effect, and check out the "Los 33" recording stage where the movie about trapped miners in Chile was filmed.
