Description

This is a private one-way airport transfer in a 6 seater Toyota Alphard or similar.
Pick up and drop is available from all hotels and cruise terminals in Hong Kong.
Car seats 6 persons comfortably with a maximum of 4 large pieces of luggage.

What's Included

The allowable waiting time for arrival airport transfer is 60 minutes from flight landing time.

The allowable waiting time for airport transfer from hotels or ports to the airport is 20 minutes.

Waiting time that exceeds the allowable period and is within an additional 60 minutes will incur an additional charge of HK$300 which is payable directly to the driver, subject to availability of the vehicle.

If you can not be contacted within 90 minutes of flight arrival time, it will be considered as a n’o show’ for which there are no refunds.

Cancellations can be made up to 3 days (72 hours) in advance for a full refund.

Rescheduling can be made free of charge up to 36 hours in advance.

For flights arriving between 10 pm and 7 am there is a surcharge and the out of hours surcharge must be booked.For hotel and port pick ups between 10 pm and 7 am the same higher rate applies.

If you are arriving at Hong Kong International Airport your driver will meet you at ARRIVALS HALL A (not Hall B).He will be holding a sign with your name on.You will be given his contact phone number by email in advance.

If you are transferring from your hotel to the airport your driver will meet you in your hotel lobby.He will be holding a sign with your name on.You will be given his contact phone number by email in advance.

If you are transferring from one of the Cruise Terminals to the airport your driver will meet you in the cruise terminal arrival hall.Picture instructions of the specific meeting point will be provided.He will be holding a sign with your name on.You will be given his contact phone number by email in advance.
