Description
The Gulf of Fonseca part of the Pacific Ocean, is a gulf on Central America, bordering El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua.This is an ideal eco destination for nature and adventure lovers.The area offers the chance to see dolphins bobbing along the surface and it is known around the world for its sea-turtle population.
The vegetation is predominately mangrove, with tangled wetland forests stifling the shore, beyond which are rugged volcanic hills.The long neglected islands host modest sandy coves and small fishing communities.It is also the home of some of the country’s best beaches are in the area.

Early departure from San Salvador City hotels and surroundings.

Arrival to La Unión
Join our local provider and embark in this great experience around the virgen volcanic islands of the area.

Tour around the islands
Trip to La Union Port, Calvo Tuna Company, Punta Chiquirín, Bocana del Golfo de Fonseca, Conchaguita Island and Meanguera Island.Disembark in this last island and take a mini tour for around 25 minutes.Re embark and travel towards the maritime trifinio of the area, where we spot Nicaraguan lands and Honduran lands.Later visit Isla Zacatillo, where you will be able to choose 3 restaurants where to have lunch (the average prices of lunches are between $ 6 to $ 12.00 the specialty from the seafood area), these restaurants are located on a beach called "Playona" where we stay for around 2 and a half hours.At the end, sail backthrough Conejo Island to finally arrive again to La Union port.
