Your culinary journey starts at a local eatery with Wo (also known as Bara), a delicious and savory lentil pancake, a staple in Newari households.

Wander through the historic marketplace of Ason Tole to a hidden spot famous for its Chatamari. This thin rice-flour crepe is topped with minced meat and egg.
