Sacred Valley Journey through Chinchero, Moray, Maras and Ollantaytambo
Depart from Cusco at around 08:00 am and stop in Chinchero, home to the San Pedro Colonial Church and an extensive Inca sanctuary.
Witness local people wearing typical clothes, especially ladies with unique braids, and see them spinning baby Alpaca wool, dyeing wool, and carrying out all the processes.
Visit the Moray Archaeological Incan Complex, with its enormous natural hollows in the ground surface that the Incas used to construct an agricultural laboratory.
Enjoy views of the Andes, including Apu Veronica.
Then, head to the picturesque town with its colonial doors and visit a house to learn more about Chicha processing.
Go to Salineras to learn about artisan salt mining and afterwards have lunch in the Sacred Valley.
Next, proceed to Ollantaytambo to see the famous Pacarictampu, the Inca princess's bath fountain, and locals in colourful ponchos.
Later, transfer to your hotel in Cusco to conclude the tour.
