From the itinerary
At a glance
Day by day
From Dhaka, drive in the morning to the temple village of Puthia. Arrive there in roughly five hours.
Visit the Jamindar Palace and some temples very close to the palace. After the visit, drive directly to Rajshahi.
Check into the hotel.
After breakfast, drive to Mahasthangarh, home to one of the most ancient civilizations of Bangladesh. It is situated eighteen kilometres from Bogra.
Continue to Paharpur to see the single largest Buddhist monastery in the world. After visiting the monastery and the museum, drive to Rangpur.
Drive to Dinajpur in the morning to visit the most ornamental Hindu temple of Bangladesh.
Transfer back to Rangpur to visit the Jamindar Palace at Tajhat.
In the afternoon, visit the Dimla Kali Temple. Then, drive to Bogra.
After breakfast, drive back to Dhaka. The journey will take almost six hours. Return to Dhaka in the afternoon.
