Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300m / 4,300ft)
- Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu.
Meet your representative and transfer to your hotel.
Attend a pre-trek briefing with your guide and check trekking gear.

Day 2: Drive to Soti Khola and Trek to Machha Khola (900m / 2,950ft)
- Depart Kathmandu early and drive to Soti Khola (approximately 6–7 hours).
Begin a short trek and walk to Machha Khola.
Overnight in a local teahouse.

Day 3: Trek from Machha Khola to Jagat (1,300m / 4,300ft)
- Follow the Budhi Gandaki River along narrow trails.
Pass through Khorlabesi and Tatopani (natural hot spring).
Reach Jagat, a beautiful Tamang village with stone houses.

Day 4: Trek from Jagat to Chisopani (3,010m / 9,875ft)
- Ascend through lush forests and cross multiple suspension bridges.
Pass Salleri and Sirdibas before reaching Philim village.
Continue on to Chisopani and enjoy panoramic views of the valley.

Day 5: Trek from Chisopani to Chumling (2,400m / 7,870ft)
- Enter the Tsum Valley and experience a shift in culture and landscape.
Descend to the river and cross a long suspension bridge.
Reach Chumling, a picturesque village with traditional stone houses.

Day 6: Trek from Chumling to Chhokang Paro (3,500m / 11,483ft)
- Cross several suspension bridges and pass through pine forests.
Ascend to the twin villages of Chhokang and Paro.
Enjoy stunning views of Ganesh Himal and experience local hospitality.

Day 7: Trek from Chhokang Paro to Nile (3,360m / 11,024ft)
- Trek along the upper Tsum Valley, passing several mani walls and chortens.
Visit small hamlets like Lamagaon and Rachen Gompa on the way.
Arrive at Nile, a remote village near the Tibetan border.

Day 8: Trek from Nile to Mu Gompa (3,700m / 12,140ft)
Ascend further to Mu Gompa, the highest point of the trek.
Visit Mu Monastery, one of the most important in the region.
Explore the surrounding meditation caves and dry landscapes.

Day 9: Trek from Mu Gompa to Rachen Gompa (3,240m / 10,630ft)
- Descend to Rachen Gompa, a large nunnery with beautiful murals.
Learn about Buddhist practices and interact with the nuns.
Enjoy views of the Shringi Himal range.

Day 10: Trek from Rachen Gompa to Chisopani
- Retrace your steps through Chhokang Paro and Chumling.
Descend gradually while enjoying different angles of the Tsum Valley.
Arrive in Chisopani for overnight rest.

Day 11: Trek from Chisopani to Jagat
- Continue descending along forested paths and through small villages.
Cross rivers and terraced fields.
Reach Jagat and relax in this charming hill settlement.

Day 12: Trek to Talche, Drive to Khorlabesi, then Kathmandu
- Trek to Talche in the early morning.
Drive from Talche to Khorlabesi, then transfer to Kathmandu by private vehicle (approximately 4–5 hours).
Check in to your hotel and unwind after the long journey.

Day 13: Explore Kathmandu
- Spend the day at leisure or join a guided cultural tour.
Visit UNESCO World Heritage Sites such as Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath, and Boudhanath.
Enjoy a farewell dinner at a traditional Nepali restaurant.
