Itinerary

1. Day 1: The Grand Sets of Star Wars

   • Depart early from Djerba at 6:00 AM.

   • Stop for photos at Chott El Jerid, the largest salt lake in North Africa.

   • Continue through desert landscapes to reach Star Wars Canyon (Sidi Bouhlel).

   • Arrive in Tozeur for lunch and check in at your 4-star hotel.

   • Embark on an afternoon 4x4 adventure across Chott El Gharsa and the former Dakar Rally tracks.

   • Visit Ong Jmal, home to the massive Mos Espa set from The Phantom Menace.

   • Stop at the Lars Homestead exterior (the igloo dome) for an iconic photo opportunity.

   • Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

2. Day 2: Inside the Lars Homestead

   • Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel.

   • Head toward Douz, known as the Gateway to the Sahara.

   • Enjoy an optional camel ride on the golden dunes.

   • Continue to Matmata and visit a traditional Berber troglodyte home.

   • Explore Hotel Sidi Driss, used as the interior of the Lars Homestead in A New Hope.

   • Have lunch in Matmata and continue the journey to Ksar Jouamaa.

   • Arrive at the hilltop Berber granary for a sunset view over the desert.

   • Enjoy dinner and spend the night in this atmospheric ksar.

3. Day 3: Tatooine’s Iconic Landscapes

   • Eat breakfast at the ksar before setting out on your final cinematic journey.

   • Visit Ksar Hadada, used in The Phantom Menace as part of Anakin Skywalker’s home.

   • Continue to the Berber village of Chenini, perched against the mountainside.

   • Explore Ksar Ouled Soltane, one of the most well-preserved Star Wars filming locations.

   • Stop for lunch before returning to Djerba by late afternoon.

   • Conclude your Star Wars adventure with either a hotel drop-off or airport transfer.
