Itinerary

1. Day 1: Mombasa to Tsavo East National Park and Afternoon Game Drive

   • Pick up from your hotel or airport in Mombasa.

   • Drive to Tsavo East National Park via the Mombasa-Nairobi Trans-African Highway, entering through Bachuma Gate.

   • Enjoy game drives en route to the lodge, spotting wildlife along the way.

   • Arrive at Voi Wildlife Lodge in time for lunch and check-in.

   • Rest and refresh before departing at 3:30 PM for an evening game drive through Voi Main Gate.

   • Spot giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, elephants, and possibly big cats such as lions or leopards.

   • Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

2. Day 2: Full-Day Game Drive in Tsavo East National Park

   • Enjoy breakfast at the lodge.

   • Embark on a full-day game drive exploring different sections of the park, focusing on the swampy Loop side where many animals gather.

   • Visit the Pipeline area, known for large herds of elephants enjoying mud baths.

   • Explore the scenic Luggard Falls and Yatta Plateau, one of the world’s longest lava flows.

   • Return to Voi Wildlife Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

3. Day 3: Early Morning Game Drive and Return to Mombasa

   • Start with an early morning game drive to witness the sunrise and observe big cats hunting or feeding.

   • Return to the lodge for breakfast.

   • Check out and depart Tsavo East National Park via the Voi-Mombasa Highway.

   • Arrive in Mombasa, marking the end of your safari tour.
