Itinerary

1. 9-Hour Korea DMZ Tour Itinerary – From Myeongdong

   • Meet your guide at Myeongdong Subway Station (Exit 8), in front of the CU convenience store.

   • Board the comfortable tour vehicle and receive a briefing about the day's itinerary and safety guidelines.

   • Arrive at Imjingak Peace Park, a symbolic site near the North-South border.

   • Visit significant landmarks such as Mangbaedan Altar, the Bridge of Freedom, and the steam locomotive destroyed during the Korean War.

   • Proceed to the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) and learn about its historical and strategic significance.

   • Explore the 3rd Infiltration Tunnel, constructed by North Korea after the war for a planned attack.

   • Visit the Dora Observatory to view North Korean territory.

   • Stop at Unification Village, a peaceful South Korean settlement close to the border.

   • Break for lunch at a local restaurant. Choose from various Korean dishes. (Lunch is at your own expense.)

   • Continue to Mt. Gamaksan Suspension Bridge, a site of historical significance during the Korean War.

   • Take a light 15–20 minute walk to reach the 180-meter-long suspension bridge, one of Korea’s longest.

   • Enjoy panoramic views of the valley and surrounding nature from the top.

   • Return to Myeongdong and reflect on the day’s historical and cultural experiences.

   • Conclude the tour with drop-off at the original meeting point.
