Each audience member must read these instructions and, by attending, agrees to the below. If buying for someone else, they must also read and agree to these T&Cs:

  • Each audience member must switch off all light sources and wear appropriate footwear. No open-toed shoes or high heels are permitted.
  • The condition of the underground is derelict, with wet, uneven surfaces and steps. Therefore, our company cannot be held responsible for any possible injuries caused by these conditions.
  • Audience members will be required to stand in complete darkness for short periods of time and will be expected to actively take part in paranormal experiments.
  • The walk always departs on time and cannot wait for latecomers.
  • Because of the nature of the location, latecomers will have no way of entry, and there is no phone connection. It is the audience's responsibility to arrive 10 minutes before the advertised start time. No refunds or exchanges will be offered.
  • It takes place whatever the weather, and tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • The performance lasts approximately 90 minutes, and there are no toilet breaks or intervals.
  • The Haunted Underground Experience is strictly for adults aged 18+, and proof of age may be requested.
  • All sites and locations are subject to availability and may be changed without prior notice.
  • The route is unfortunately not accessible for disabled adults, especially those with walking difficulties, expecting mothers, and people with claustrophobia.
  • Our Productions reserves the right to refuse admission.
  • Our Productions reserves the right to cancel or suspend a performance without advance notice. In the event of a cancellation, a refund or transfer will be offered.
  • Please consider other audience members by switching off mobile phones and refraining from smoking. Anyone causing a disturbance to the actor or audience will be asked to leave the performance, and no refund will be offered.
  • Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused admission in the interest of audience and actor safety.
  • Minimum numbers apply for public performances. Six ticket sales are required for a performance to go ahead. If we have to cancel due to insufficient numbers, you will be informed at least 24 hours before the start, and an alternative performance will be offered. If the alternative does not suit you, a full refund will be issued. There is no minimum number for private or corporate bookings.
