The fine print
Know some general rules before visiting the haunted underground:
Each audience member must switch off all light sources and wear appropriate footwear.
Audience members will be required to stand in complete darkness for short periods of time and will be expected to actively take part in paranormal experiments.
Tickets are non-exchangeable and refundable.
The performance lasts approximately 90 minutes.
The Haunted Underground Experience is strictly for adults, and proof of age may be requested.
All sites and locations are subject to availability and may be changed without prior notice.
The route is unfortunately not accessible for disabled adults, especially those with walking difficulties, expecting mothers, and people with claustrophobia.
Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused admission.
