Day 1: Arrival in Lima

Day 2: Flight from Lima to Cusco
- Transfer to airport for flight to Cusco (flight tickets not included).
- Arrive in Cusco and meet staff for transfer to hotel.
- Receive coca tea to help adjust to altitude.
Rest and relax for the day.

Day 3: Cusco City Tour & Nearby Archaeological Sites
- Rest during the morning.
- Visit Cusco Cathedral in the main square.
- Explore Temple of the Sun (Qoricancha).
- Tour Sacsayhuaman fortress.
- Visit Qenqo tunnels and canals.
- Explore Puca Pucará storage site.
- Visit Tambomachay water rituals site.
- Return to Cusco.

Day 4: The Iconic Machu Picchu
- Transfer to Poroy station.
- Take train to Aguas Calientes.
- Ride bus to Machu Picchu.

Day 5: Transfer to Amazon Cloud Forest
- Depart Cusco early, travel through valleys and villages.

Day 6: Cloud Forest – San Pedro to Erika Lodge
- Early morning Cock of the Rock bird watching.
- Travel to Pilcopata and Atalaya Port.
- Boat to private “Erika” reserve.
- Walk forest trails, observe wildlife.
- Afternoon trail exploration.
- Night walk to find insects, snakes, frogs.

Day 7: Explore Wildlife by River and Lake
- Morning boat to Collpa clay wall for parrots.
- Return to Erika Lodge for breakfast.

- See Ceiba tree, large Amazon species.

Day 8: Return to Cusco
- Take boat back to Atalaya Port.

- Stop at Pico de Hoz Mirador hummingbird garden.

- Arrive in Cusco in the afternoon.
