Day 1: Machame Gate to Machame Camp
- Depart from Moshi to Kilimanjaro National Park.
- Register at Machame Gate (1,800 m / 5,906 ft).
- Trek through lush rainforest to Machame Camp (3,000 m / 9,843 ft).
Duration: Approx. 6–7 hours.
Overnight at Machame Camp.

Day 2: Machame Camp to Shira Camp
- Trek across forest and moorland zones.
- Reach Shira Camp (3,840 m / 12,598 ft) via Shira Plateau.
- Acclimatize and enjoy scenic landscapes along the way.
Duration: Approx. 6–7 hours.
Overnight at Shira Camp.

Day 3: Shira Camp to Barranco Camp via Lava Tower
- Trek across high-altitude desert and volcanic terrain.
- Optional acclimatization at Lava Tower (4,630 m / 15,177 ft).
- Descend to Barranco Camp (3,900 m / 12,800 ft).
Duration: Approx. 6–7 hours.
Overnight at Barranco Camp.

Day 4: Barranco Camp to Karanga Valley to Barafu Camp
- Ascend the Barranco Wall, a challenging and rewarding section.
- Continue through alpine scenery to Karanga Valley (4,035 m / 13,232 ft).
- Proceed to Barafu Camp (4,600 m / 15,092 ft) for overnight rest.
Duration: Approx. 6–7 hours.

Day 5: Barafu Camp to Uhuru Peak – Mweka Camp
- Begin final summit push at midnight through scree and icy slopes.
- Reach Uhuru Peak (5,895 m / 19,341 ft) and enjoy panoramic views.
- Descend to Mweka Camp (3,100 m / 10,171 ft) for rest..
Duration: 12–14 hours including summit and descent.

- Trek downhill through rainforest back to Mweka Gate.
- Complete registration and farewells.
