Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
- Pick up from Nairobi hotel or airport early in the morning.
- Drive through scenic Maasai country towards Amboseli National Park (approximately 4–5 hours).
- Arrive in time for lunch at the lodge or tented camp.
- Embark on an afternoon game drive with views of Mount Kilimanjaro (weather permitting).
- Spot elephants, lions, giraffes, and various plains game during the drive.
- Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay in Amboseli.
Day 2: Amboseli to Tsavo West National Park
- Begin the day with an early morning game drive.
- Return to the lodge for breakfast.
- Depart Amboseli and drive to Tsavo West National Park (approximately 3 hours).
- Check in and have lunch at the Tsavo West lodge or camp.
- Take an afternoon game drive including a visit to Mzima Springs to see hippos and crocodiles.
- Explore the Shetani lava flows and enjoy scenic viewpoints.
Have dinner and stay overnight in Tsavo West.
Day 3: Tsavo West to Tsavo East National Park
- Eat an early breakfast and embark on a game drive en route out of Tsavo West.
- Drive to Tsavo East National Park (approximately 2 hours) via the Man-Eaters Gate.
- Conduct a game drive on the way to the lodge or camp.
- Enjoy lunch and relaxation at the lodge.
- Take an afternoon game drive along the Galana River, searching for red elephants, lions, and other wildlife.
Have dinner and overnight stay in Tsavo East.
Day 4: Tsavo East to Nairobi
- Opt for an early sunrise game drive (optional).
- Eat breakfast at the lodge.
- Drive back to Nairobi (approximately 5–6 hours).
- Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon and drop off at the hotel or airport.

Know Before You Go

Travel Time: Expect long but scenic drives between parks. Be prepared for some bumpy road conditions.

Wildlife Sightings: Nature is unpredictable. Sightings vary daily, but all parks offer rich biodiversity.

Climate: Amboseli and Tsavo can be hot during the day and cool in the mornings and evenings. Dress in layers for comfort.

Health: Bring any personal medications and use mosquito repellent. Malaria precautions are strongly advised.
