Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport – Transfer to Arusha

   • Land at Kilimanjaro International Airport and meet your driver-guide.

   • Transfer to your lodge or hotel in Arusha.

   • Relax and unwind after your flight.

   • Attend a pre-safari briefing in the evening with your guide.

   Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at your full-board accommodation in Arusha.

2. Day 2: Travel from Arusha to Tarangire National Park

   • Eat breakfast at your lodge.

   • Meet your guide and depart for Tarangire National Park.

   • Stop in Arusha town for any last-minute shopping needs.

   • Drive through the scenic Masai steppe and surrounding villages.

   • Enter Tarangire National Park and begin your game drive.

   • Spot elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, antelopes, and predators including lions and leopards.

   • Capture the iconic baobab-studded landscape on camera.

   • Proceed to your lodge near Karatu for dinner and overnight stay.

   • Enjoy a relaxing evening by the campfire.

3. Day 3: Drive to Central Serengeti via Ngorongoro Highlands

   • Eat breakfast and depart towards Serengeti National Park.

   • Pass through Karatu and check in at the Ngorongoro Conservation Gate.

   • Stop at the crater rim viewpoint for sweeping views.
   • Visit a traditional Masai village for cultural immersion.

   • Continue with a game drive en route to Naabi Hill Gate.

   • Enter the Central Serengeti (Seronera region) by early afternoon.

   • Enjoy a picnic lunch near the Kopjes.

   • Explore the Seronera River valley, a prime area for spotting big cats and other wildlife.

   • Arrive at your lodge before sunset for dinner and rest.

4. Day 4: Full Day in Serengeti National Park

   • Begin early at 06:30 with packed breakfast and lunch.

   • Traverse the endless plains in search of the Great Migration and predator activity.

   • Observe lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, elephants, giraffes, and various antelope species.

   • Eat lunch at a scenic picnic spot in the bush.

   • Continue afternoon game drives until early evening.

   • Return to your lodge for dinner and storytelling around the campfire.

5. Day 5: Depart Serengeti for Ngorongoro Highlands

   • Begin the day with an early breakfast or packed meal.

   • Embark on a final game drive in the Serengeti.

   • Exit through Naabi Hill Gate and drive into Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

   • Stop for scenic views and brief rest breaks along the way.

   • Reach your lodge on the crater rim or in Karatu by evening.

   Eat dinner and prepare for the next day's descent into the crater.

6. Day 6: Explore Ngorongoro Crater – Return to Arusha or Airport

   • Depart early at 06:30 and descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater.

   • Explore the Crater floor, home to a dense population of wildlife including rhinos, elephants, lions, hippos, and flamingos.

   • Visit Lake Magadi and other notable wildlife spots.

   • Eat a picnic lunch on the Crater floor at a designated site.

   • Conduct a final game drive before ascending from the Crater.

   • Drive back to Arusha, stopping at local markets or curio shops if time permits.

   • Transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your evening flight or check in at a hotel in Arusha for an extended stay (at extra cost).
