Carry a passport if coming from Zimbabwe or planning to cross the border after the tour. A KAZA UniVisa is recommended for easy cross-border access.

Expect water levels to vary by season; the falls are fullest between March and May with dramatic spray and mist. From September to December, some sections may dry up, offering clearer views of rock formations.

Observe wildlife such as birds, vervet monkeys, and sometimes warthogs in the rainforest respectfully and from a distance.

Wear suitable footwear and walk carefully, as paths can be wet and slippery, especially on the Knife-Edge Bridge.
