Itinerary

Day 1: Kilimanjaro International Airport to Arusha
- Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where a representative will warmly greet you.
- Transfer to Arusha, located just an hour's drive (53 km / 33 mi) away.
- Spend the night at the charming Mrimba Palm Lodge and prepare for the upcoming adventure.
Main Destination: Arusha (City)
Accommodation: Mrimba Palm Lodge
Day 2: Arusha to Ndutu South Serengeti
- Enjoy breakfast at the lodge.
- Depart for Ndutu in the south Serengeti for an afternoon of game viewing.
- Experience the best breeding ground for wildebeests, especially during the migration season from December to March.
- Spend the night at Heritage Ndutu Camp.
Main Destination: Ndutu (Southern Serengeti NP)
Accommodation: Heritage Ndutu Camp
Day 3: South Serengeti to Central Serengeti
- Begin the day with an early morning game drive through the short grass plains of the south Serengeti.
- Proceed to the central Serengeti in the afternoon.
- Discover abundant wildlife, including large populations of big cats, and iconic landscapes of acacia-studded savanna.
- Spend the night at Heritage Ndutu Camp.
Main Destination: Central Serengeti National Park
Accommodation: Heritage Ndutu Camp
Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater
- Depart for Ngorongoro Crater after breakfast.
- Enjoy a day of game viewing and a picnic lunch while taking in the stunning landscape of the unbroken caldera.
- Spot a variety of wildlife, including the Big Five—lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino, and elephant.
- Spend the night at Crater View Inn in Karatu.
Main Destination: Ngorongoro Crater
Accommodation: Crater View Inn, Karatu
Day 5: Tarangire National Park
- Head to Tarangire National Park after breakfast.
- Enjoy a picnic lunch while observing the elephants and other wildlife that roam the park.
- Spot thousands of elephants that migrate to Tarangire during the dry season.
- Return to Arusha or your next destination after the day of game viewing.
Main Destination: Tarangire National Park
Accommodation: None (return to Arusha or onward journey)

Know Before You Go

This tour starts and ends in Arusha.

The operator can assist in selecting your international or domestic flights, but you must book them yourself.

Fly to or from Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) near Arusha, or Arusha Airport (ARK) via Dar es Salaam or Nairobi (Kenya).

A transfer from and back to the airport is included.

Additional accommodation before and at the end of the tour can be arranged at an extra cost.
