Day by day
Start the tour in Yerevan, Armenia.
After breakfast, take a day trip to Garni Pagan Temple and Geghard Monastery.
Enjoy lunch at Geghard Gorge.
Return to Yerevan.
After breakfast, go to Tsaghkadzor, which means Valley of Flowers. Take the cable car up to Mount Teghenis and enjoy tea and coffee on the mountain, then continue to Lake Sevan.
Have lunch at the lake, where you can try Sevan Lake Ishkhan (trout).
After lunch, continue to Goshavank Monastery.
Overnight in Dilijan.
After breakfast, travel to Vanadzor along a road through the forests and breathtaking green mountains, then continue to Sanahin and Haghpat monasteries.
After lunch, continue to the Hovhannes Tumanyan Home Museum, one of the best places to feel the spirit of the beginning of the 20th century.
On the way back to Yerevan, stop at the Armenian Alphabet Monument and a big iron cross made up of 1700 smaller crosses.
Return to Yerevan.
Have breakfast at the hotel, then visit Khor Virap and continue to the Areni Winery region with your Armenian guide.
Continue to Noravank Monastery before lunch.
After enjoying lunch at a restaurant near the monastery, with views of the fantastic red cliffs, continue to Goris.
After dinner, you can enjoy a walk in the old town of Goris and take in the view of the caves lit up at night.
Visit Halidzor Village to take the longest cableway in the world. This takes you to the Tatev Monastery Complex, where you can enjoy lunch at Tatev restaurant with a breathtaking view of the gorge.
Afterwards, visit Stonehenge before returning to Yerevan.
Get transferred to the airport.
