Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed and transferred to your hotel.
Spend the rest of the day at your leisure to explore the city or rest from your journey. Bogotá's vibrant energy and colonial charm await you, with time to settle in before your full exploration begins.

Day 02

Bogotá City Tour and Monserrate Views

Today, you'll delve into Bogotá's rich history and culture.
Visit the famous Gold Museum, the Botero Museum, and take a stroll through La Candelaria, the city's colonial heart.
Enjoy panoramic views from the Monserrate Sanctuary, which sits high above the city and offers stunning vistas of the surrounding Andes.

Coffee Farm Experience at Hacienda Combia

No trip to Colombia would be complete without experiencing its rich coffee culture. That's why today's itinerary includes an unforgettable visit to a traditional coffee farm.
At Hacienda Combia, you'll discover the entire journey of coffee - from planting and harvesting to processing.
Follow the beans' path from the fields to a steaming cup, and wrap up the experience with the best part: savouring a fresh brew of Colombia's signature highland coffee.

Day 04

Cocora Valley Hike and Filandia Visit

Discover the stunning beauty of Colombia's Coffee Region with a visit to the Cocora Valley, home to the towering wax palm - the country's national tree.
Hike through lush green landscapes and cloud forests filled with unique flora and fauna.
Then, explore the charming town of Filandia, known for its colourful architecture, artisan crafts, and sweeping views of the Andes. A perfect mix of nature, culture, and local flavour!

Day 05

Botanical and Butterfly Garden Visit

Immerse yourself in nature at this peaceful garden, where vibrant flowers and lush plants provide a haven for dozens of native butterfly species.

Day 06

Manizales Heritage and Coffee Culture Tour

Immerse yourself in the culture of Manizales with a guided tour of the city.
Visit its historic landmarks, learn about its coffee culture, and enjoy panoramic views from the iconic Cathedral. This day offers an intimate experience of the city's rich history and importance in the coffee-growing industry.

Day 07

Los Nevados National Park and Thermal Pools

In Colombia's central Andes, Los Nevados National Park has stunning highland scenery, glacial lagoons, and unique wildlife. Due to volcanic activity, climbing Nevado del Ruíz is restricted, but visitors can still enjoy the surrounding landscapes.
The day begins early in Manizales, stopping at different altitudes to acclimate and admire the changing ecosystem.
After breakfast en route, we visit Laguna Negra for coca tea and views of the páramo.
A short briefing with park rangers follows before a guided walk searching for native species like the Buffy Helmetcrest hummingbird and Andean rabbit.
We then hike to Gualí waterfall, exploring volcanic terrain and high-altitude flora.
Afterwards, we head to Termales del Ruiz to relax in thermal pools surrounded by hummingbirds and enjoy lunch at the eco-hotel.

The tour includes transport, a bilingual guide, park entrance, thermal bath access, meals, drinks, and snacks. It lasts approximately 8 hours. Warm clothing is recommended due to the high altitudes (up to 4000 m).

Day 08

Ukumarí Bio Park Wildlife Experience

Travel to Pereira to visit the Ukumarí Bio Park, the region's leading conservation and wildlife centre.

Santa Rosa de Cabal Hot Springs

Free Day in Pereira

Wander through lively plazas, visit local cafés, or take in the views from the César Gaviria Viaduct. Whether relaxing at a spa, exploring nearby coffee farms, or diving into the city's vibrant food scene, Pereira offers the perfect blend of urban charm and natural beauty.

Day 12

Departure via Pereira and Bogotá

On the final day, transfer to Pereira's airport for your flight back to Bogotá.
From there, you'll catch your international flight home, carrying memories of the Coffee Axis - its landscapes, culture, and welcoming people.
