The itinerary

Day 01

Lagunas, geysers, and Laguna Colorada

06:00-06:30 AM: Begin with a shared transfer from your accommodation in San Pedro de Atacama to Hito Cajones at the Chile-Bolivia border.
Switch to a private 4x4 vehicle to start your journey through the Eduardo Avaroa National Reserve.
Visit Laguna Blanca, Laguna Verde, Dali Desert, Polques Hot Springs, Sol de Mañana Geysers, and the vividly red Laguna Colorada.

Overnight: Hostal SUMAJ RIJCHAY, Villa Mar - Private Room with En-Suite Bathroom.

Day 02

Rock formations, lagoons, and Salar sunset

After breakfast, depart from Villamar toward Italia Perdida, Laguna Vinto, Valle de Rocas, Bofedal de Sora, Anaconda Canyon, and surrounding lagoons.
Drive along the edge of the Salar de Uyuni and enjoy a sunset cocktail.
Optional: Join a star-gazing tour in the salt flats after dinner.

Overnight: Atulcha - Private Room with En-Suite Bathroom.

Day 03

Salar de Uyuni, Incahuasi Island, and Uyuni

Around 10:00 AM, enter the Salar de Uyuni for a day of exploration.
Visit Isla Incahuasi, Ojos del Salar, the Salt Museum, and the Dakar Monument.
Optional: Bike ride across the salt flats for $25 (support vehicle included).
Explore Colchani Village, the Uyuni Train Cemetery, and enjoy lunch in Uyuni.
Free time to shop for souvenirs.
Return to Villamar in the late afternoon.

Day 04

Morning hot springs and return to San Pedro

Depart at 04:30 AM to reach Polques Hot Springs for a relaxing soak by 07:00 AM.
Travel back to Hito Cajones for your shared bus transfer to San Pedro de Atacama, arriving around 13:00 PM.

This tour is not suitable for individuals with heart conditions, pregnant travelers, or anyone with medical conditions that may be affected by high-altitude environments.
Travelers will be at elevations above 4,000 meters (13,000 feet), where oxygen levels are lower.
