The itinerary

Day 01

Transfer to Khinalug Village and Village Exploration

  • On the 1st day, after greeting at the meeting point, guests will be transferred to Khinalug village. It is a 4-hour drive from Baku city centre to the village, with photo stops along the way.
  • Upon arrival in Khinalug, guests will have lunch at a selected house in the village serving traditional Azerbaijani cuisine, and then set off to explore the area with an experienced guide.
  • During their free time, they will have the opportunity to learn about the local customs, lifestyle, and unique cultural features.
  • They will then enjoy magnificent views, surrounded by mountain scenery on all sides. The total duration of the tour will exceed 3 hours. Guests will spend the night in one of the specially selected village houses.

Day 02

Guba Highlights Tour and Return to Baku

  • The 2nd day covers the Guba tour. Guests enjoy breakfast with traditionally prepared foods and then depart from Khinalug village for Guba city. The driving time from the village to the first destination, Qechresh Forest, is 60 minutes. Today's tour offers the natural beauty of Qachrash Forest, scenic views of Chanlibel Lake, artisanal craftsmanship at the carpet weaving factory, cultural heritage and diversity in the Red Village and Juma Mosque, and an authentic market experience in Guba Bazaar.
  • We complete the tour in 5 hours and return to Baku. The driving distance from the last visited point in Guba to Baku is 2 hours and 30 minutes. Guests are dropped off at the meeting point or designated location.
