Substance Use: Using drugs or any form of intoxication is strictly prohibited. Any participant caught using substances on buses or during the trip will be expelled immediately and will not be eligible for a refund.
Trip Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel the trip without prior notice for any reasons deemed appropriate. In such cases, registered participants will receive a full refund.
Itinerary Changes: Weather, local politics, transport issues, or other factors beyond the organizers' control may result in changes to the itinerary. While substantial changes are unlikely, the group leader and guide will decide on the best alternative in the group's best interests.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the transport.
Identification Requirement: Participants must hold a valid Computerized CNIC/Passport Card.
Punctuality: Time management and punctuality are strongly recommended.
Footwear Requirements: Participants are advised to wear non-slippery shoes, boots, joggers, or DMS. Heel or dress shoes are not recommended.
Vehicle Operation: During steep ascents in mountainous areas, the air conditioning of buses will operate on an on-off basis to prevent overheating.
