The itinerary

Day 01

Fly to Selous for a Full-Day Game Drive

9:30 AM: Pick-up from your hotel in Zanzibar.
Flight to Selous Game Reserve: the flight takes approximately 1.5 hours, and you will arrive around 11:00 AM.
11:00 AM - 5:00 PM: Enjoy a full-day game drive in Selous. This includes observing wildlife and the natural beauty of the reserve. A boxed lunch will be provided during the game drive.
5:30 PM: Return to the lodge or hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 02

Boat Safari, Walking Safari, and Return to Zanzibar

8:00 AM: Breakfast at the lodge.
8:30 AM - 10:00 AM: Embark on an exciting boat safari, where you can observe animals from the water.
10:15 AM - 12:15 PM: After the boat safari, you will have lunch at the lodge.
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Set out on a 2-hour walking safari led by an experienced guide. This is a chance to explore the reserve on foot while learning about the flora, fauna, and environment.
2:15 PM: Depart from Selous Game Reserve for Zanzibar on a flight that takes around 1.5 hours. You will arrive in Zanzibar at 4:15 PM.
4:30 PM: Upon arrival at Zanzibar airport, a driver will be waiting to transfer you back to your hotel.
