Guests must be ready at the arranged meeting point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
Kids must be over 6 years old.
To avoid accidents, it is strictly forbidden to enter the animal territories in the Zoological Park.
It is forbidden to touch objects in the Natural History Museum.
The tour is only available from Monday to Friday and does not operate on Saturdays and Sundays.
The general tour duration is 5 hours, but it can take 6 to 7 hours to ensure an unforgettable experience.
